Human needs can be narrowed down to three main essentials
such as water, air and food.Without air human can’t survive for ten minutes,
without water human will die of dehydration for ten days and without food, a person also
can die after ten weeks.
The average person requires between six or eight
glasses of drinking water a day to maintain the hydration of tissues in the
body.Water act as a transport medium for nutrients with in in the body and also
help to remove toxins and waste materials and stabilises the body temperature.
