Human Rights Start With Breakfast

There are many in the community who do not know the important of having a breakfast. The reason that we often hear when asked why do not take a breakfast is because there is no appetite or fear of gain weight. There are also some notion of statement where having a breakfast can cause someone more drowsiness and lack of concentration. Guys, that is not true.
Taking a breakfast is very important to us. Do not leave your breakfast whether you have an appetite or not. A matter that practice every day will be daily routine to us. Therefore, start taking your breakfast from now on. This is because it is responsible in providing energy to our body so that we can do a busy daily activities.

There are some advantage by taking a breakfast;

  •  Fulfill the necessary nutrients
The best dish for breakfasts are something that have carbohydrate or high fiber. Food like oats, cereal and whole grain bread are very suitable for serving in the morning because it provide energy.


  •   Reduce Weight

Taking a breakfast with empty stomach will speed up the burning calories more efficiently.

  • Increase Our Focus

When you wake up in the morning, most of the energy in the form of glucose and glycogen was used on the previous day. Thus, the intake of glucose are required for generate brain development and concentration. Without glucose, you will feel tired and lack focused on your work.

  • Prevent heart disease


Fiber which obtain in cereal can absorb cholesterol in the body. This cholesterol absorption will reducing the cholesterol level which are dangerous to our health.
