Stress and pressure are part of daily life.Stress can be
handle in many ways depending on the invidual.However, the best method or way
in my opinion is through meditation.Stress is a state of the mind.We have to
control our mind.We also have to programme it to eliminate all negetive
emotions such as anger, irritation , envy and so on.So how do we do that? The most
effective way is by practising some of meditation.
Meditation helps to calm our mind.In the other words to slow down the speed at which our mind works
so that we have time to reflect.When our mind is calm, things become clearer
and problems no longer seem impossible to solve.
