The sun
Do you know that sun is really bad for all of us especially we live at the equator of the earth. Its very hot and very moist in Malaysia. We should know that the sun can damage your skin and can make cancer because of the ultra violet light. In this beginning of the year, in Malaysia start to get warm and really sunny.  All of this phenomenon begins to get drought. The land has been drown. The plant has dried up and turn into yellowish. Because of the plant have been dried up. The plant suddenly burns itself. That’s makes the air polluted with carbon dioxide. All of the neighborhood is gasping for air. This polluted air can effect the health problem for the human and animals. Lungs cannot get clean air and could be asmath or other respiratory problems.





Effects of sunrays
As citizen in the Malaysia, we should be alert about the extremely sunny day. It could get person get sick because lack of water. We hydrate really badly when hot sunny day. The other effects of the sun are that the skins of human can be damage. A lot of sunburn skin can make your skin become cancer and mutant. Dark sport will occur. And the skin tone will not be even. Sometime the sunburn skin won’t heal. As we are live in this sunny area. We should be aware that all of the effects of drought season.





drink plenty of water
There are some steps to prevent or reduce the potential of the effects of the sun. Firstly, drink plain water often. If you don’t have the amount water of your body, it will be hydrate and the skin and your mouth will be dried up. Secondly, cover your body with clothes. This will reduce the effects of the light gets direct to your skin. This also prevents you from heatstroke. Next is that don’t stay to long on the sun. The critical time is at 11 am until 3 or 4 pm. In this period, the heat from the sun is really high. Stay often in the building. Lastly, device your loves ones to practice these step. This will ensure you to stay healthy while going in hard situations.
