  The Benefit of Dates That You Need To Know





Dates are the types of (Palma) plant or known in scientific name as Phonex dactylifera and this fruits can be eaten by cooked or raw.Most of the palm tree grows in Arab countries in many type. The dates are famous come from Mecca and Medina that have dozens of varieties.

Among the people in the Arab countries dates are their main food, but also among our people for dates already a familiarity foodstuff for muslim people in Malaysia especially during Ramadan. In addition to the sweet taste and long lasting and do not require cooking, dates also have a lot of nutrients and the main food prophet Muhammad SAW.

the advantage of dates are

1. Dates can prevent the risk of chronic diseases such as Heart & Diabetes. The contains of minerals such     as potassium, calcium and iron that can nourish red blood cells. From the research of Arabian who eat fresh dates show the rate of people with cancer and heart disease are very low.

2. Dates are able to warm the body and stimulate the health of pregnant woman and unborn baby. It can easier giving birth and give additional energy.

3. Children are encouraged to eat more dates as it nourishes in the enlargement process, and help develop a child's mind healthy.

4.  Dates is rich in fiber which can prevent from getting colon cancer.

5. Dates rich with vitamin A and C
